The Brief

Ditch the conventional approach to recruitment marketing and internal communications and come up with a creative way of introducing MoreThan to new joiners.

What we did

Working in partnership with MoreThan and VCCP, we created a 2D & 3D animated film that introduced new joiners to MoreThan’s mantra of “We Do More”.

Known for their quirky brand personality and tone of voice (Cast your minds back to the MoreThan Freeman campaign from 2011), MoreThan wanted to create a film that could be used to introduce the company and its values to new joiners, without so much of a corporate interview in sight. Hurrah.

We were given a storyboard, a script, images, graphics and a pre-recorded VoiceOver. Our job was to bring it all to life. Using Adobe After Effects, we pieced it all together using MoreThan’s trademark green colour pallet as a central theme.

A total of 25+ individual scenes were created and animated - From animated weather icons, through to neon signs and pantomime horses.
